Suwon KT Wiz Park Table Seats Review: Section 316 View and Tips

The weather is warming up and baseball season is officially here ⚾️ This time I’m sharing my experience watching a game at Suwon KT Wiz Park! I’ve packed in only the info that will help first-timers: how to book, the view from the table seats, discount tips, and even food delivery to your seat 😊

How to Book Seats

1️⃣ Booking Online

This is the most common way to book, and there are two places to do it:

✔ Ticketlink (a Korean ticketing site and app)
✔ The KT Wiz website or the team’s “Wizzap” app

2️⃣ Ticket Discounts

• KT membership: 3,000 KRW off for VIP tier, or 2,000 KRW off for regular tier (KT is a Korean mobile carrier)
• BC Card: 2,000 KRW off (BC Card is a Korean credit card brand)

If you use KT as your mobile carrier or have a BC Card, be sure to use these discounts when you buy!

4️⃣ My Booking Experience

Tickets go on sale one week before the game at 4 p.m. I logged in right on the hour, but couldn’t see any seats left… 😢 So I caught a cancelled ticket instead and luckily got a table seat. If you miss out on booking, refresh every now and then and try for cancelled tickets!

My Game Day Review

Entry opens 2 hours before the game starts. The entry lines get longer as game time approaches, so get there at least 30 minutes early if you want to be inside before the first pitch.

1️⃣ Table Seat View (KT Zone, Section 316, Row 5, Seats 43–44)

I sat in section 316, row 5, seat 43, and I was impressed the moment I sat down! With 1st base at the center, I could take in every section at a glance. It’s toward the back of the table seats, but it didn’t feel far away at all. I also liked that I could see the players sitting in the dugout on the 3rd-base side.

Photos make things look smaller than they really are, so what I actually saw felt more like the photo above.

2️⃣ Where the Restrooms Are

Section 316 is close to the restrooms too. Go out through the door between the cheering seats and the table seats, and the men’s and women’s restrooms are right there on your left.

When you leave the seating area to use the restroom, don’t forget to take your ticket with you! Tickets are checked at the entrance when you come back in.

3️⃣ Handy Item for the Ballpark

I was in a table seat, so I could put my food and phone in front of me, but the regular cheering seats are tight on space and surprisingly inconvenient. Holding chicken or drinks in your hands gets awkward when you’re cheering, and you end up holding them the whole time. Looking around, I noticed lots of people using mini tables that clip into the cup holder!

It was one of those items where I thought, “Having one of these would make things so much easier.” (The one I looked at was the C.H.A portable ballpark table PRO.)

Food Stands and Delivery Service

1️⃣ Food Stands at the Ballpark

You can’t go to a ballpark without snacks. Inside KT Wiz Park there are all kinds of food stands, including fried chicken, pizza, burgers, bunsik (분식, Korean street-food staples like tteokbokki) and ice cream, plus convenience stores. Check the map above in advance and head to the one you want~

2️⃣ Seat Delivery Service

If you’re in the 1st/3rd-base table seats, the center table seats or a sky box, you can use the “Order” (주문하기) feature in the KT Wiz app to have food delivered right to your seat. Once you order, staff in blue vests bring it to you. (A delivery fee is added per menu item.)

Money-Saving Tip!!

If you want to save money, buy food at shops near the stadium before going in. Some shops outside the stadium accept Onnuri vouchers (온누리상품권, a Korean gift voucher for traditional markets and local shops), so you can get a 10% discount.

Nearby Spot I Recommend

Also, if you arrive earlier than planned, visit nearby Manseok Park (만석공원). I went during cherry blossom season, and it was a great place to spread out a picnic mat, kill some time and enjoy the cherry blossoms.
